Meet Justin, our long-standing Project Manager at Garland Constructions. Having been part of the team for many years, Justin brings invaluable experience, craftsmanship, and steady leadership to every project. Kind, intelligent, and a true perfectionist, he’s the person you can count on to get the details right—every single time.
A highly skilled builder who can do it all, Justin’s attention to detail is one of the standout qualities that defines the quality of work we deliver. His dedication on site is matched only by his commitment at home; he’s a loving father to his daughter and enjoys a good surf and all things barbecue. Justin’s blend of technical skill, calm approach, and genuine care makes him an essential part of the Garland Constructions team.
Justin “Borgy” - Tradesman
Meet Justin, better known as Borgy, one of our talented tradesmen. Borgy joined Garland Constructions two years ago after a few years in the frame and truss world. Eager to expand his skills and take on new challenges. Since then, he has proven to be a hardworking, polite, and ambitious member of the team—an all-round great bloke who fits seamlessly into the Garland family.
Borgy’s dedication, skill, and positive attitude have made him an invaluable part of our projects, and his presence always brings a bit of fun and banter to the job site. Watching him grow and develop his craft over the past few years has been a real pleasure, and we’re excited for many more years of building together.
